The new 2011 BMW M3, which has formerly introduced with a modified rear lights, currently comes in a newer appearance with the Competition Package. This Competition Package is obtainable for the Coupé also the Sedan and the retrofit options from the variety of Original BMW Accessories.
The new variety of items provided by the Competition Package for the BMW M3 is intended to further lessen the lift force, and it is realized with more aerodynamically optimized components. The Competition Package thus provides added optimized longitudinal as well as transverse dynamics by a lowered suspension, 9 x 19 inches light alloy wheels at the front and Y-spoke design at the rear, also a rear spoiler and front apron flaps in carbon which will be obtainable from spring 2010.
Additionally, the BMW Competition Package is also developed with the control of the electronic damper adjustment function EDC (including a Sport mode) which has been exactly adjusted to the chassis modifications by means of map-based control also the driving stability control function DSC.
