Volkswagen Passat CC Now Available as Five-Seater

Volkswagen has announced plans to introduce a 5-seat version of the Passat CC.Originally available only as a 4 seater, the Passat CC will now offer an optional rear bench owed to consumer demand. According to Volkswagen the move will "give the Passat CC even greater everyday utility by adding a seating position."
Priced from €100, the rear bench features 3 head restraints, a center 3-point seat belt, also an asymmetrically split folding backrest.As you might recall, the Passat CC is available with a wide variety of engine. Options include a 2.0-liter TSI with 200 horsepower, a 3.6-liter V6 FSI with 280 horsepower and a 2.0-liter TDI with 140 horsepower.

The new 2011 Mazda5 is fitted with a newly-developed 2.0-litre DISI1 petrol engine equipped with i-stop, also a 6-speed manual transmission with gear ratios specific to this version. This new direct-injection petrol offers linear as well as smooth performance characteristics and is fun to drive. It is also one of the most frugal and clean C-MAVs on the market, achieving around 15 % lessening in CO2 emissions compared to the 2.0-litre petrol it replaces also the gasoline line-up features a 1.8-litre engine with a 6-speed manual transmission too.
The new 2011 Mazda5 will go on sale in Europe this fall.
